Job Description

• Set up a local distribution network (Coldstorage, delivery)
• Manage the logistics for local distribution
• Negotiate international transport price with selected freight company
• Issue report on logistic activity
• Purchase meat / beef / poultry in UK, Eastern Europe, US and Canada
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with supplier
• Issue Purchase orders to suppliers and organize the logistics for container shipment
• Ensure items are delivered in time and to the place required with appropriate documentation.
• Manage supplier relationship through all phases of the purchasing cycle
• Responsible for tracking supplier information, forecasts and reports
• Develop and maintain potential and existing supplier list based on strategic marketing data and other
• Issue purchasing market report
  
  

Requirement

• Associate degree or above, with major in business / Logistics / Purchasing / related discipline preferable;
• Experience in the logistics, working overseas experience preferred
• Mature, high level of integrity, well-organized
• At least 3 year experience in similar position;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated; responsible; attentive to details; independent; excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Fluent French and English, and knowledge of the logistics and meat business
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Pleasant and cheerful.

Salary

• Upon Experience and Sales Performance + Monthly Commission
• 13 month Basis
