Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily shipment, booking and trade-link declaration

• Handle data entry, filing & tracking and tracing systems

• Contact and coordinate with external and internal parties for shipment issues

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years relevant shipping working experience, preferably gained in manufacturing or trading industry

• Well versed in full set of I/E documents, L/C, Trade Link or Ge-TS Trade Declaration, shipment planning & procedures

• Familiar with handling the China customs declaration documents is preferred

• Able to handle multi-tasks, detail-minded and work independently

• Familiar with PC operation and Chinese word processing

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Immediate available is preferred
