Key Objective:

• To provide accounting support focusing on Accounts Payable



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle full scope of Accounts Payable and General Ledger in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare payment proposals (bi-monthly payment cycle)
• Handle intercompany reconciliation and billings by coordinating with LVMH Brands
• Monitor intercompany balance and follow up with Accounting Department of LVMH Brands to ensure settlement of outstanding balance
• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, voucher preparing, filing and scanning
• Maintain fixed assets records and label assets
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as required

Key Requirements and Competencies:

• University graduate with a degree in Accounting/ Finance, preferably with ACCA/ HKICPA qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (less experienced candidates will be considered for Assitant Accoutnant)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Detail-oriented, dedicated, self-motivated and team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint & Access
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is a plus
