• Handle customers inquiries face to face
• To operate Customer Service Centre (ticket sales)

Requirements:

• Form 5 /HKDSE or above
• Fresh graduates / less experience will also be considered
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, proactive & customer-focused
• Meticulous and can work on shifts duties at branch offices (Airport, Hung Hom, Lo Wu, Lo Ma Chau)

• 負責處理顧客有關票務、香港旅遊景點門票、訂房及不同客運服務車/船票之查詢及門市銷售, 並提供優質客戶服務給予顧客 

入職要求：

• 中五/香港文憑試或以上
• 毋須具相關工作經驗，應屆畢業生亦予以考慮
• 良好中英文書寫及會話能力，及能操普通話
•  積極主動、處事細心、有責任感、待客熱誠有禮及良好的顧客服務態度
•  須於假日輪班工作及於不同地區分行工作 (機場, 紅磡, 羅湖, 落馬洲)
