Responsibilities:

• Maintain smooth operation of the stockbrokerage systems
• Manage the corporate-wide IT infrastructure and work with HKEx for any projects or system upgrades
• Work collaboratively with all counterparts to proactively understand business needs and develop solutions to improve business efficiency
• Provide user training, hardware and software support to users
• Maintain system and network security as well as recovery of company’s information systems
• Has to provide IT support to the parent company and assist application development / enhancement (such as platform for e-commerce, OA, HRIS and intranet etc.)

 Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years related work experience in IT infrastructure, system and user support. Preference will be given to those who have experience in supporting equities and future trading system.
• Experience in application development in ERP, HRIS, CRM is preferable but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Windows Servers, Firewalls, Networking
• Have knowledge in HTML, Java/Java-script, ASPX/PHP, MySQL/SQL Server.
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Excellent communication skills, self-starter, team player and able to work under pressure
