主要工作:

• 接聽電話和答覆查詢包括(whatsapp, we-chat..facebook)
• 一般文職同客服工作
• 協助醫生提供療程前和療程後之程序(透明質酸, 肉毒桿菌, 埋線..等)
• 協助醫生日常運作﹐包括處理客人檔案等職務
• 負責日常顧客預約﹐登記及查詢

入職同工作要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 熟悉醫學美容或熱愛醫學美容
• 勤奮好學，態度良好，有禮貌
• 良好的廣東話和普通話, 英文溝通能力
• 基本電腦應用，包括中文和英文輸入法
• 良好的人際關係
• 有1-2年醫學美容診所工作經驗,優先考慮

• 7-14天有薪年假，生日及周年假期
• 逢星期日休息、無需輪班
