Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounting for the construction project
• Be responsible for the processing, reviewing, tracking, and general ledger posting of construction draws for the project
• Communicate with project team, QS, contractors/suppliers, and external parties to manage draw requests/requirements
• Perform or review account reconciliations and assist with project balance sheet reconciliations and other project monthly internal management reports
• Be responsible for construction accounts receivable and job cost tracking, management, and reporting. Manage construction billing and payment process
• Assist or manage QS in the development/enhancement of project reporting and construction project analysis reporting
• Work with project team and QS on all aspects of construction accounting, billing verification and payment/bank draw matters

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in the hospitality/gaming market and 5 years’ experience in the region preferred
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Possess excellent skills in English and Chinese
