Key Responsibilities

 Respond to enquiries from and provide guidance to all of the offices in the Asia Pacific Region.

• Analyse large volume of data and prepare summary reports for management timely.
• Prepare journal entry vouchers for the month-end close process.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules on a monthly basis.
• Perform analytical reviews on financial results on a monthly basis.
• Prepare quarterly financial results packages for the U.S head office.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in annual audits and statutory tax filings.
• Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as required.

 Key Requirements 

• Qualified accountant or degree holder majoring in Accountancy.
• 3 - 5 years of related work experiences of which MNC and/or Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and other applications of the Microsoft Office
• Strong accounting and taxation knowledge in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and other Asian countries would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to handle large volume of data.
• Good written skills in English and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadline.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
