Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounting Manager to handle full set of accounts, maintain proper accounting records and procedures
- Lead a small team and oversee accounting and financial duties for Hong Kong and China operations
- Ensure the smooth running and accuracy of daily operations including AR, AP, cash flow, budgeting
- Ensure compliance with SOP, local legal and tax requirements
- Prepare Financial Statement, monthly schedules, expenses analysis, cost allocation and annual budgeting
- Preform financial analysis and budgetary control
- Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance and other related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience gained from sizable trading industry
- Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualifications
- Able to perform multi-tasks and have good business sense
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Attention to detail and patience
- High ethical standards
- Self-motived, well-organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Immediately available is preferred
