• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying
• Good in communication & interpersonal skills and computer skills in Mocrosoft Office
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in fitting-out, renovation, maintenance, FSID, A&A, construction, E&M project, etc. is preferable, but not must
• Responsible for tendering, budgeting, measurement of works, claim issues, cost control, interim payment, final account, contract management and project management, site supervision, etc
