Responsibility:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including delivery of in-house training and seminars, organizing swimming & teaching programs
• Provide administrative support such as prepare attendance sheet, arrange training examination setup, prepare training materials, maintain training database and intranet
• Handle candidate and school enquiry/complaint
• Providing on-site support to native English swimming teacher
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
• Liaise with various departments for the implementation and maintenance of QSC system

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sport Management or related discipline
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Self motivated, analytical and well-organized
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
