The incumbent is responsible for accounts receivable duties including daily balancing for cheques and cash banked-in, issuance of invoices/receipts, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of adjustment journals and office clerical duties.

• Completion of secondary education or above
• 1 to 2 years’ accounting experience
• LCC&I (2nd Level) preferred
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word and MS Excel and accounting software)
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
