Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the work of accounts payables, relevant payments and receivables.
• Responsible for full sets of accounts;
• Assist in preparing monthly  annual financial report;
• Follow up on yearly auditing exercise;
• Assist the Accounts & Finance Manager in ad hoc projects;

We require:

• Dipolma in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional disciplines;
• At least 7 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organizations, with experience in trading companies.
• Hands-on experience with ACCPAC accounting software, ERP system/Peachtree. Advanced level Excel.
• A detailed-oriented person with good analytical skills and business acumen.
• Good command in English & Chinese, both written and verbal.
• Maturity and a stable past work history;
• Enthusiastic person, who enjoys working with different cultures. Team player mentality and attitude.
• Self motivated, self-organized, responsible, hard working. 
• High degree of work ethics and integrity.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
