Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting team to oversee the accounting functions
• Month-end closing review and group consolidation
• Cash flow management and budgetary control
• Handle Hong Kong and PRC taxation issues
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to perform the accounting related works
• Act as the named Company Secretary and responsible for full spectrum of company secretarial service for listed and non-listed firms
• Review contracts and other forms of commercial agreement
• Handle other ad-hoc company secretarial issues raised by the management

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (HKICPA or ACCA)
• At least 8 years’ solid accounting experience gained in manufacturing business with 5 years hands-on solid experience in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties in listed company
• Experience in cost analysis and group consolidation
• Meet corporate governance requirements and Main Board listing requirements
• Initiative, energetic and self-motivated
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
