• Job Description
• Responsible for the month end financial closing work for HK
• Prepare, review and post various journal entries and accruals
• Provide HK and China expenses information to Operations team
• Visit China warehouse once a week to support its finance work, included involve cycle count and ensure operations team properly make the adjustments for discrepancy
• Prepare weekly RMA summary
• Responsible for monthly payroll processing in HK & CN and keep leave record
• Act as backup of Accounts Payable Manager when she is on vacation
• Support HQ on intercompany reconciliation, adherence to global intercompany agreements
• Ensure local adherence to global internal control policies and procedures
• Assist in the preparation of budget and SOX documents
• Act as Controller’s backup on approval sales orders for Hong Kong entity
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare requested audit schedules
• Support HK office admin. work
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirement

• University degree, major in Finance & Accounting
• Member of recognized accounting body such as CPA is desirable but not required
• Over 6 years experience
• Working experience in MNC is an advantage 
• Solid experience in G/L, and monthly financial analysis
• Preferred equipped with China accounting experience
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & accounting software experience, preferred an Oracle & Coupa user
• Proficiency in advanced Excel applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication skill in English and Putonghua
  
• A good team player, reliable, self-initiative and well organized
• Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
