JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for full set of accounts and daily accounting functions including accounts payable/receivable, receive and payment arrangements, General Ledger and Fixed Assets etc.
• Analyze and validate financial review and closely monitor accounting and taxation issues of overseas offices in Asia Pacific region
• Maintain petty cash book and handle employees reimbursement claims
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and cashflow forecast
• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
• Assist to prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast for review and analysis
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors for annual audits
• Propose improvements about the norms and methods
• Mentor and supervise subordinates with their issue and training
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks when necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline with Accounting qualifications

• With at least 5 years relevant working experience in Accounting, preferably from multi-national companies

• Familiar with the application of ACCPAC is an advantage

• Good presentation skill, well-organized, detail minded, flexible, self-motivated and able to work autonomously

• Result-oriented, good time management and with the mindset of think out of the box

• Strong in MS Office applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Fluent in spoken & written English and Mandarin is a must. Speaking French is a plus
