Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrums of administrative duties
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients
  • Provide support in renovation projects, procurement, routine repair and maintenance
  • Handle daily accounting entries, filling and maintenance of accounting records

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder or above in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above of administrative experience preferably in construction or property management field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Team player, well organized, fast learner and able to work independently
  • 5-day work in Central
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered
