Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with a long history of success in China’s investment activities. Due to continuous business expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Reporting to the CFO and leading a small team based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing the financial reporting process and ensuring the reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner
• Driving month end processes, compiling head office returns and preparing year end statements
• Facilitating internal and external audit processes
• Handling all tax related issues
• Assist in the development and preparation of the annual business plan and budget, and the monthly forecast processes

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant with big 4 background and 3-5 years commercial experience gained from a HK listed company. You will have excellent knowledge of IFRS and previous managerial experience. In addition, you will possess strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
