Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations of securities
• Monitor the daily funding and cash flow
• Perform full accounting services, budgeting and reporting
• Liaise with external auditors and other regulatory bodies like SFC and HKEx
• Liaise with Bank for banking facilities
• Formulation and implementation of account policies and procedure manuals

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in brokerage or securities firms
• Solid experiences in securities, accounting, FRR, margin financing and IPO funding
• Good knowledge in SFC and HKEx rules and regulations
• Able to work independently
