Responsibilities:

• Lead and Supervise a team of customer service staff 
• Provide training and coaching to the team
• Manage the daily enquires and conduct daily product sales
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to customers
• Responsible for the planning and administration of daily manpower arrangement

• Ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
• Work and co-ordinate closely with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth implementation of the programs

• Prepare reports and support ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience in Retail Store and Customer Service
• Fluent in Mandarin is a must
• Customer oriented, good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive, positive and mature
• Willing to work flexible hours
