Responsible for order fulfillment, inventory control and handling

Prepare invoicing, shipping documents and other administrative documents

Provide all-round office administrative and clerical support for daily activities

Monitor accounts receivables to ensure timely and accurate payments from customers

Handle customer enquiries and complaints

F.5 or above

At least 1 year working experience

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Proactive, Self-motivated and responsible

Strong communication as a team member

Able to work under pressure, handle multi tasks, well organized and customer-focused

Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words), knowledge in ERP/ POS is a plus

Immediate Available preferred
