Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall guests arrival & departure, ensuring the highest standard of hospitality services are provided in our Group and meeting the expectations of the guests on a daily basis;
• Handle guest issues, accommodate all guest requests in an accurate & efficient manner and ensure our guests have a memorable experience;
• Perform as a role model in our Group to demonstrate exceptional guest services;
• Respond to & handle guests’ problems & complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances & conflicts, and carry out appropriate follow-up actions to ensure service recovery;
• Manage and update guests’ profiles and preferences at all times;
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members to provide excellent guest services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines is most preferred;
• At least 4-5 years of guest service experience in hotel / service industry;
• Possession of good interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills;
• Mature, detail-minded, people oriented with excellent hospitality skill;
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Guest Services Supervisor to assist Guest Services Manager to provide quality guest services in our Group.
