Reporting directly to the Country General Manager, you will play a key role in providing advices and directions to the HR function in line with the business objectives.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to organization development,  talent acquisition, retention and development, compensations and benefits, performance management, employee relations and HR process reengineering.

In addition, you will partner with the business leaders to build up people capability and execute engagement for diverse and high potential employees in support of their development. You will also need to understand the business and organisational issues and drive HR strategies that are aligned to the business strategy in Hong Kong.

More, you will be responsible for devising different recruitment strategies, managing communication with various recruitment channels and work closely with business in promoting company culture and values.

Key Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields is preferred.

• 5~6 years experiences in HR and with the ability to multi-task, work in a team and identify systematic approaches to solving problems in a fast moving, dynamic organisation. More than one year experience in management position is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, coaching and analytical skills and demonstrate strong competency in employee relations.

• Prior exposure to retail sector will be an advantage.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin will be essential for this role.
