Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and Responsible for all rounded HR functions in the areas of recruitment & selection, employee relations, training & developments, compensation & benefit and performance management
• Analyze business demand & needs, develop HR strategies, plans, policies and procedures
• Review and ensure all company policies and practice
• Prepare various HR reports for management review
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in human Resources Management, hospitality or related discipline
• At Least 8 years proven HR experience gained in sizeable organization
• Experience in food industry would be an advantage
• Solid knowledge in HR standards, practices and labor legislations
• Strong interpersonal , communication skills, presentation skills and leadership
• Proactive, creative ,tenacious, resilience and with positive mindset
• Occasional travel to PRC
