Job Responsibilities:

• Liaising with supplier and logistic companies regarding delivery schedule and related documents
• Maintain high level of customer service quality and build up long term relationships with customers;
• Provide after-sales service support while increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Work closely with sales team to ensure high quality timely service to current and prospective clients;
• Consolidate and generate purchase orders and sales reports.
• Provide sales administration support to the sales team

 Job Requirements:

• F.7 or above in any disciplines;
• 2 – 3 years or above working experience, preferably in trading company
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Oracle system is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Good team player with strong sense of responsibility, independent, well-organized, proactive and result oriented.
• Immediate available is preferred
