A fast growing company, with manufacturing operations in China, is currently looking for an experienced professional to join as the Financial Controller.

DUTIES:

• Required to station in PRC, overseeing the daily operation of all finance related issues for the company including accounting, reporting, audit, tax matters
• Prepare month and annual consolidated financial and management reports, cash-flow, budgeting and forecasting
• Preparing due diligence reports for business development
• Provide analysis and carry out due diligence on IPO and M&A project
• Provide both financial analysis and accounting solution for investment project
• To ensure the financial viability of the Company
• Contribute to the financial strategy development

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Qualified Accountant with degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid finance and accounting experience in manufacturing industry or joint venture operations in China is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the regulatory and reporting requirements in Mainland China
• Strong report writing skill with analytical mind.
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and conversational in Mandarin
• Willing to station in PRC and travel frequently
