Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Welcome & greet guests and provide quality services
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Manage the floor discipline in terms of table clean up, furniture tidying & queue control
- Help and assign seats for guests during busy sessions
- As a bus person, provide runner services for food & drink delivery to guests if necessary
Job Requirements :
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Good command of spoken Chinese and English
- Customer oriented, cheerful and outgoing personality
- Retired person with hospitality experiences is also welcomed
- Immediate available is highly preferred
