Our client is an asset management firm seeking a Corporate Audit Manager to join in their corporate team. This person will responsible for the business function from planning to report and ensure appropriate audit coverage, quality and efficiency. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Audit Manager.  

Responsibilities

• Prepare audit reports and discuss audit findings with business unit heads, advising around process development where issues are raised and then ensure that this is acted upon
• Ensure the proficiency and relevancy of the audit framework through constant review in light of business and regulatory changes
• Good knowledge in SFO and sound knowledge in Taiwan FSC and China CSRC framework
• Strong risk and audit concept and proactive in addressing risk matter
• Onsite audit visit in Group’s subsidiaries and associate
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements

• University degree with relevant professional qualifications CA or CPA
• At least 4 years of audit experience, with at least 3 years audit experience in financial institution business
• A sound working knowledge on auditing within Funds business, specifically associated risk and controls concept
• Good in writing control reports
• Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good project management skills and able to work independently
• Experience of working with all levels of the business
• Fluency in written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred
• 20% travelling is required
