Job Description
Job Duties:
- Reporting to Director;
- Assist the directors in the day-to-day operations;
- Handle full set of Accounts;
- Monitor the daily invoices and voucher;
- Responsible for handling daily accounting operation, transaction, data input and filing ;
- Assist in handling pretty cash, cash deposit and book keeping;
- Prepare monthly financial & management reports ;
- Liaise with auditors for annual statutory auditing;
- Assistance in stock take;
- Handle ad hoc assignments;
- Management of the account department daily operations;
- Maintain records for office supplies and services order expenses;
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with major in Accounting or complete preliminary stage of professional examination
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Strong sense of responsibility, hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferable
- Experience in Jewelry industry is a plus
