Job Description

• Record global accounts payable transactions
• Key user on PO system
• Process cash payments via e-banking and cheques
• Apply payments in the accounting system
• Send monthly reconciliation statement to the vendors and verify for the discrepancies
• Work closely across functions and departments among the group, especially with the procurement team
• Support HK office admin. work
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Requirement

• Hold a Diploma in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification
• Over 4 years accounting experience
• Working experience in MNC is an advantage
• Preferred equipped with China accounting experience
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel & accounting software experience, preferred an Oracle & Coupa user
• Good communication skill in English and Putonghua
• A good team player, reliable, self-initiative and well organized
• Strong problem-solving skills and can work independently
• Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines, including working during public holiday for month end closing
