Duties

• handle full set of accounts, maintain proper accounting records and procedures
• ensure smooth and accuracy of daily operations including AR, AP, cash flow, budgeting
• monitor invoice verification, cheque and remittance preparation, bank reconciliation
• lead a team and oversee accounting and financial duties for HK and China operations
• preform expenses analysis, cost allocation, budgeting, variance analysis
• implement accounting software ‘Achiever’ and participate in ERP implementation
• supervise and administrate accounting staff and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• degree holder in accounting with relevant professional qualification
• practical experience in manufacturing industries
• familiar with regulations and standards in HK and China operations
• Well-organized, detail minded, flexible, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Regular travel to Dongguan factory
