Responsibilities :

 -             Provide full range of HR and administration support to the HR, Administration and Operation

          Manager

-             Assist in formulating and implementing administration policies & procedures of HACCP

-             Ensure company standards can be carried out effectively in food quality, food hygiene, food safety

         and customer service

-             Participate in any business operation projects or programs as assigned

-             Maintain documents and records of the HR, Administration and Operation portfolios

-             Negotiate and coordinate with vendors

Requirements :

-             Tertiary qualifications in business administration or related discipline

-             Minimum 5 years of solid experience in HR, administration and operation with medium size 

          organizations

-             Solid hands-on experience in office administration and projects planning

-             Knowledge of HACCP or ISO would be a plus

-             Mature, well organized, detail-minded and self-motivated

-             Strong business acumen and analytical skills

-             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels

-             Proficiency in office applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

-             Immediate availability is preferred
