Job Description
Job Duties
- Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations.
- Support recruitment arrangement and logistics, implementation of HRIS, records update and filing, leave administration, medical insurance and claims, etc.
- Participate in organizing company functions such as annual dinner, Christmas party and other ad-hoc events
Requirements
- Diploma / Associate Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 2 years relevant working experience in HR & Admin field
- Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Attention to details, strong analytical mind with excellent data processing skills
- Tactful in dealing with people from all levels with confidence and work well under stress
- Well-versed in Employment ordinance and Human Resources practices in Hong Kong
- Hands-on experience in HRIS will be an definite advantage
