Job Description:

• Act as a Company Ambassador to foster and strengthen the cordial partnership relations between the Company and the Distributors
• Provides and maintain quality services to distributors by promptly answering enquiries from local and overseas distributor, giving correct advice and assistance to distributors.
• Process all kind of local and international orders from Distributors.
• Support all company other related activities (including various Company’s functions and sales events)

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• 1 - 2 years working experience as customer service role is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office application, Chinese word processing (min. 35 words/min)
• Customer oriented with detail-minded, good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to be flexible in working hours and expected to work overtime as well as non-working day
• The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive, professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
• Immediate available is preferred
