Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the Division Head of Store Development to focus on Shanghai or any overseas project development in line with the company strategic direction
• Establish a local professional team in Shanghai market ensuring the team members to deliver store development services with quality and standard to end users
• Establish and implement knowledge management platform with the customized programs to accelerate the competence of Shanghai project team members
• Develop and Implement corporate store development projects, standardize program of strategic items and supporting the strategic plan for Store Development Division in Shanghai market

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Building Study or related discipline
• 10 years solid working experience in retail or catering sector
• Demonstrate strong leadership ability with excellent communication skills
• Good computer operating knowledge and well-versed in AutoCAD
• Good written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Willing to travel (Mainly Shanghai)
