Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to oversee the whole projects operation teams, including project administration and cost control, construction, maintenance, cleaning & security etc
• Regularly update on budget, actual expenses and profit margin of each project and advise the project operation manager of any abnormal situation
• Response to all unforeseen and ad hoc situations at operations
• Take on primary responsibility for efficient, cost-effective facility operations
• Continuous improvement on the operating procedures to ensure operational and cost effectiveness and efficiency
• Building and maintaining a harmonious relationship with the relevant Government offices and customers

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Construction, Project Management, Real Estate or related discipline
• 6 years’ experience or above with at least 2 years managerial level with PRC commercial property projects and agricultural projects will be an advantage
• Proficient in the whole process of construction & property operations is an advantage
• Experience dealing matters with government on relating to project development
• Able to cope with fast changes, tight schedules, diverse environment
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Strong leadership & organization skills with knowledge of PRC legislations
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing)
• Station in Wuhan is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
