Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support on-site service and handle hotline request.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve customers's problem in PC & server system
- Provide technical support, problem resolution and video conferencing setup as well as systems and LAN / WAN installation, configuration and administration

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline

- F5 or Fresh gradates will also be considered as Support Engineer

- Knowledge of Ms Windows, Internet, WAN and LAN
- Experience in technical support is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary commensurate with qualification and experience.
