Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of technicians, provide guidance and training when appropriate.
• Set up work instructions for preventive maintenance on Tissue machines, shredders, recycling paper packing machines.
• Responsible for the daily operation and repair works to keep the machines running.
• Determine risks level and safety levels for spare parts.
• Consolidate analysis and report on machine utilization.
• Knowledge transfer from machine supplier to technicians and production operators.
• Prepare monthly reports with commentary, participate in management projects and audits, and take up other ad hoc assignments.

 Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years’ solid experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with various levels on project management.
• Pro-active, detail-minded, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin as well as in computer applications.
• Station in Tseung Kwan O, and travel to Huizhou is required.
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker B are preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Equipment Manager.
