RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with cake store in-charge to drive outlets to achieve sales target and cost control;

• Design and implement operation & hygiene practice for the stores.

• In charge of ad hoc projects, cake store set up and liaise with marketing for promotions and events

• Provide effective training to the front line staff on sales technique and customer services;

• Use positive persuasion and coaching to build and maintain teams;

• Work closely and communicate with internal customer to ensure the smooth operation of the company

• Handle one/off-line customer complaints and problem-solving.

• Liaise with kitchen/delivery team for product deliveries/quality control/stock management etc.

• Ensure the cake store operations are running consistently above standards.

• Monitor the pastries that come into the outlets are in good quality and deliver on time.

• Champion the highest level of customer service across the retail business.

• Clearly and consistently communicate retail priorities and objectives to the management team through Monthly Meetings

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or above

• Minimum 5-year solid experience at Cake shops management and at least 2 years in the same capacity

• Good leadership with ability to coach and motivate co-worker to achieve sales target

• Able to lead and drive performance and customer service

• Strong business sense, with logical thinking and analytical ability

• Mature with excellent interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Mandarin

•  Station in Shanghai
