The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring the operation of front desk so as to facilitate members’ needs at the Discovery Bay Marina Club in Discovery Bay.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above with formal training in Hotel and Hospitality Management is preferred;
• 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in front desk at hotel / club is preferred;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Good telephone manner and customer service skills;
• Mature, independent, pleasant and with good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Night shift duty is required
