The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operational requirements of all F&B outlets and assist Operations Manager to supervise F&B restaurant and bar at the Discovery Bay Marina Club in Discovery Bay.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Food & Beverage operation including 2 years in supervisory level
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese,
• Team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Shift duty is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Captain.
