Our client is a worldwide information technology company. They have providing IT services, software and technology for their client over the world. They are now seeking a technical support to join in their company.

Responsibilities

• Providing onsite technical support services to end user including software, hardware and networking support for Server, desktop, laptop and peripherals.
• Provide hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, hardware component replacement and configurations on site.

 

 Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• 2 years hands on experience in IT service.
• Good knowledge of desktop hardware, software and LAN/WAN.
• Good writing and communication skills in English and Cantonese.
•  Immediately available will be an advantage
