Job Summary

Exciting and challenging opportunities in consulting world for experienced Project Managers. We have multiple positions for experienced Project Managers who are looking to develop their career in a highly professional environment with a fast growing and reputable consultancy in Hong Kong and Macau with head office in Australia.

The Project Manager will be required to plan, execute and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee deliverable quality throughout its life cycle. Applicants must have a proven track record in a project management focused role and be willing to work in Macau.


Key responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership to the project team throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage the delivery process through the industry standard processes and methodologies.
• Utilise the necessary standards for project delivery and ensure compliance.
• Plan, direct and coordinate technology partners to ensure the objectives are accomplished within the time frame and budget allocated.
• Monitor and report on service performance and resolve/escalate issues to upper management.

Competencies and Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager in software application delivery;
• Willingness to travel and work in Macau;
• Experience in the gaming, hospitality or food and beverage industry is highly preferred;
• Successful track record in end-to-end project/program delivery, preferably on packaged solutions such as CRM and BI
• In-depth knowledge of SDLC and project management methodology
• Solid experience across managing fixed price projects within set delivery time frames.
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, Fluency in Cantonese is highly desirable, Mandarin is desirable
• PRINCE, PMBoK or similar certification would be an advantage.
