Responsibilities:

• Perform system administrative support for procurement operation
• Ensure and maintain procurement data correctly input in system
• Support data analysis, and prepare monthly report
• Support in system training, development and upgrading
• Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or relevant professional qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
• 2 years of relevant international trading experience
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese; fair Japanese is preferable
• Proficient in using MS Office application, especially for Excel (VBA), Marco
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
