Job Description - The incumbent will assist with providing basic technical support and shall be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining and performing routine preventative maintenance for computer work stations, associated peripherals & networks in a 24x7x365 environment.

Requirements-

+ Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance of computer hardware and software in a customer service environment.

+ Certificatation / Diploma in Computing  or Other Appropriate Discipline.

+ A+ or CCNA Certification preferred

+ Fluent in Cantonese and English (read, write and speak) and a good command in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.

+ Shift Work in a  24x7x365 enviornment
