Job Description

Duties:

Daily entry AR & AP transactions and checking agencies statement timely and accurately
Monthly reconcile account transaction between accounting system and the operation system
Prepare monthly closing and bank reconciliation
Communicate/co-ordinate with subsidiaries or agencies’ accounting to get information for compliance reporting

Requirements:

University graduate with major in accounting
2 years accounting experience. Experience in the shipping or Air-freight field is an advantage
Proficient skill in MS Excel, Words
Good spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available preferred
