Role Description:

 

Reporting to the Platforms Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of Search Strategy, Real Time Bidding, and Social Media Advertising strategies across website audits, keyword research, insights & analysis, optimization strategies, technical recommendations, content strategies, and best practice consultancy. Managing a team of talented Platform Specialists, the Platform Manager will also ensure flawless implementation of all kinds of pay-per-click campaigns across all different platforms. In addition, you will have the exciting opportunity to educate clients on the concept & benefits of programmatic media (real-time-bidding).

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Juggle multiple performance marketing channels, campaigns, objectives and priorities. Channels include Search Marketing, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), and social advertising.
  • Manage client relationships by providing the latest Performance Based Marketing Strategy and consultancy.
  • Responsible for effectively delivering Digital Marketing best practices in implementation, insights & analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Platform Specialists on quality delivery of Search, social pay-per-click campaigns, and RTB Campaigns
  • Provide business support to Platforms Director including creation of case studies, formulation of digital marketing strategies, new business pitches, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Maintain expertise on the latest organic and paid search engine trends and provide thought leadership.
  • Effectively educate the concept & benefits of programmatic media (real-time-bidding) to clients.
  • Adept at explaining difficult concepts using simple language and graphics.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships interdepartmentally locally and across the region.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or MIS/related technical major.
  • 5+ years of tactical and strategic experience in PPC Advertising (in-house or agency environments).
  • Holistic understanding of performance digital marketing channels including Search, social advertising, programmatic media (real-time-bidding), etc.
  • Working knowledge of leading web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics), paid advertising bidding tools (such as Marin, Kenshoo, Alchemy, Social.com, etc.)
  • Outstanding ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems, as well as strong customer focus.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Be a proactive team player with strong management skills.
  • Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
