Our client from a global system intergrated company is seeking a network support to join in their company.

 Requirement

• Provide on-site service and support in maintenance and installation of Storage Area Network (SAN) / Networked Disk Storages and Tape Library Systems at client sites

• Ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of high-quality services to fulfill the requirements according to the service levels

• Provider hardware maintenance, install/support for server or storage

• On call standby and working in afterhours are required

 

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years experiences in field servicing, supporting servers and peripherals

• Familiar with hardware maintenance, install/support for server or storage

• Good knowledge in Windows 2003 / 2008, technical background in supporting relevant hardware and system software;

• Holder of MCSE, CCNP / CCNA or Sun Solaris Certification is an advantage

• Good command of English and Cantonese (both written and verbal)

• Immediately available is an advantage
