Responsibilities

1. Responsible for IT projects coordination and administrative works;
2. Manage and coordinate users and outsourcing vendors on all IT project implementation activities;
3. Work with different users to define users’ requirements and functional specifications of IT system;
4. Monitor project progress and prepare reports;
5. Prepare project and tender documents.
   
   
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
2. Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in project leading/coordination for IT systems;
3. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills;
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
