Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration for system and networking security solutions
• Maintenance support and troubleshooting for our clients
• Communicate with hardware and software vendors to ensure the provision of effective work orders

Requirement:

• Certificate or Diploma in IT or related discipline
• Knowledge in Networking Security Solutions: Firewall, Switch, Router, Anti-Spam, NAC, Endpoint, SSLVPN, QoS, WanOpt
• Knowledge in System Solutions: Windows Vista, XP, MS Exchange Server, MS Server, Virtualization, Storage, Linux Server
• A Self-Starter with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Effective communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Well discipline, hard working and responsible
• Travel to China is occasionally required (mainly within GuangZhou province)
• Cantonese is a must

Additional Requirement:

• Hands-on experience in
  • Implementation and maintenance support in system and networking security solutions
  • Working with networking security solutions vendor
  • Pre-sales support
